I am an avid basketball fan since the year 1994 and my favorite PBA team is San Miguel Beermen though my father is a Ginebra fan.

As of the year 2019, there is a total of 12 PBA teams namely, Alaska Aces, Barangay Ginebra San Miguel, Blackwater Elite, Columbian Dyip, Magnolia Hotshots Pambansang Manok, Meralco Bolts, NorthPort Batang Pier, Phoenix Pulse Fuel Masters, Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, San Miguel Beermen and the TNT Katropa.

Watch PBA Games live streaming using VLC or GOM player through pc or mobile app

Most of the games were aired via TV5 or 5 plus channel. There is also a live streaming available on their official website. Special live streaming is also available for watchers abroad, wherein the PBA live streaming is only available for watchers out of the country. Other PBA live streaming may have the so-called geo-restrictions specially when they put the streaming inside the Youtube website.

As of this year 2019, PBA games are held during Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

> Wednesday & Friday - 1st game starts at 4:30 PM, 2nd game starts at 7:00 PM
> Saturday - only 1 game which starts at 5:00 PM, if there are two games then the 1st starts at 4:30 and the second at 6:45 PM also
> Sunday - 1st game starts at 4:30 PM while the 2nd starts at 6:45 PM

For this tutorial, I will show you how can you watch all the PBA games for free, without ads and directly using your laptop or desktop computer, and even using your mobile phone. As long as the VLC and GOM players were all installed in your computer or mobile phone. You can do this tutorial. But if not, you can still do this, just follow the simple steps below.

NEEDED:

1. Good internet connection. A fast connection is much better if you have one.
2. Mobile phone or laptop / desktop computer
3. VLC or GOM player
4. VLC or GOM player app

STEPS:

1. We are now going to watch the PBA game using the VLC player. Open your VLC player. Click Media > Open Network Stream...


3. Under the Network tab in the "Please enter a network URL:" copy and paste the given live streaming link below and then hit the "Play" button.

4. If successfully done, you can now watch the PBA live streaming directly using your VLC player. For the screenshot below, the current event is the SuperLiga Volleyball Tournament.


Now, to be able to watch the PBA live streaming using your GOM player.

1. Open your GOM player. Right click inside the player > click Open > URL...


2. Inside the Open URL window, copy and paste the given live streaming link below of the TV5 and hit the OK button.

3. Wait for the live streaming to load inside the GOM player.


4. IF done successfully, you can now watch your PBA games directly using the GOM player. For the screenshot below, the current event broadcast by ESPN 5 is the SuperLiga.


We are now going to watch the PBA live streaming using the GOM player app installed in your mobile phone.

1. IF you do not have the GOM player app, then download and install the app first, click here.

2. After installing, open your GOM player app. Press Menu (3 white dots in the upper right corner of your phone).


3. Now press "Network Stream".


4. In the "Input URL", type the given live TV5 streaming link below and press OK.

5. Wait for the live streaming to load.


6. IF successfully done, you can now directly watch your favorite PBA teams using your phone via GOM player.


Lastly, we will be watching the TV5 live streaming of PBA using the VLC player.

1. Open your VLC player app, if you do not have it yet, download and install it. Visit the Google App store, click here. Press Menu (3 horizontal white lines in the upper left corner of your phone).


2. Now, press Stream to continue.


3. In the network address, type the given TV5 live streaming link below and press the orange arrow head button to continue.

4. You are now ready to watch your PBA game live streaming using your mobile phone through the VLC app. For the screenshot below, the current live event was the Philippine SuperLiga also.

  • If the live streaming is not working, make sure you type the correct link when using your mobile phone.
  • Also check if you are connected in the internet or have enough data to play the live streaming.
