Here are the simple steps to put the latest advertisers code for Infolinks inside your Blogger blog's ads.txt. If you are a publisher of Infolinks, they will detect whether you put the record of their advertisers or authorized digital sellers inside your ads.txt or not. According to them:

As of January 1st, 2019 the ads.txt file has become an industry standard for internet advertising. Our advertising partners prefer to only buy ads on your web site(s) that have a complete ads.txt file. The more listings you have, the more advertisers who will buy ads. Advertisers are now actively scanning for those sites who do have it, so please immediately verify that your approved domains have the correct ads.txt file set up in order to ensure that our advertising partners can continue to place ads on your sites.

So, whether you already have the records, you will still need to update your ads.txt for them. Unlike, Google Adsense and other ad publisher programs that has constant record, Infolinks will always email you once there are new updates on their advertisers record for ads.txt.
